By placing an order with THE FURRY BAKER, you agree that cakes, cupcakes, and pizza are delivered only within Delhi, NCR, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Pune while treats and jerky are shipped pan-India.If an order is placed an hour to 1.5 hrs before the closing time that order automatically gets transferred to the next day. Orders are prepaid and non-cancellable once confirmed; customization requires 48 hours’ notice. While we strive to match product images, slight variations may occur as all items are handmade. Delivery timelines depend on location, traffic, weather, and courier partners, and we are not liable for delays beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses and checking for allergens, as products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, or soy. In case of damaged or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 2 hours for resolution. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
